Google's Hiring Process
             Once you find a position in google that suits you submit a resume, you will be reviewed by the recruiter. This recruiter will contact you if they think you are fit for the job.
This initial contact will be followed by a phone interview and then by an on-site interview with a committee of management and peers.  The process can take a few weeks or even sometimes few months because Google is very selective in its hiring. 

APAC test:
Google organises a kick start, coding contest open for programmers in the Asia-Pacific region (APAC) through the year. Those who are interested in this competition they can enter any three hour round they wish too.
Top competitors may get an opportunity to Interview for a technical job at Google.

Campus placements:
Google selects few colleges like IITS/NIT's/IIIT's etc., For college placements. If you are in such campus then congrats!
